|
This lecture focus on the implementation part of ICZM that requires GIS software operation exercises in the class. The science data and socioeconomic demand will be integrated following the framework of sustainable development. (本課程為整合性海洋與海岸管理實務面向,聚焦於海岸永續發展管理的實踐框架與實務操作,是整合科學數據、社會發展目標、經濟需求、及海岸環境保護多元目標下的動態管理過程。) 1. The approach of balancing nature environment and human use (自然與人類活動平衡下的海岸利用方法), 2. Implementing stakeholder engagement in planning process of management plan (落實權益關係人參與制定管理計畫), 3. Ecosystem-based management measures (以生態保育為基礎之管理方法), 4. Considering both industrial development and public demands (兼顧產業發展及公共需求),

課程目標 Objectives |
|
Enhance the ability of participants in both GIS operating techniques and the knowledge about ecosystem-based planning concept, cross-sector regulations, and stakeholders engagement, that can improve the ability of coastal management implementation. (強化參與者以生態為基礎之海洋與海岸治理規劃理論、跨部會之法規基礎、權益關係人參與管理制度觀念,提升學理與實務的海洋與海岸管理能力。)
