Media Globalization is the art and science of choosing target audiences/customers and getting, keeping, and growing audiences/customers through creating, delivering, and communicating superior value in a global and dynamic environment. This course provides opportunities to students to apply key media and marketing concepts to practical situations. Students need to make many critical decisions under global media and marketing circumstances with advanced media and marketing knowledge. To enhance students’ knowledge and skills by integrating the theories and practices of global marketing and media communication, diversified teaching methods (lecture, case analysis, group discussion) would be applied to enable students understand the core concepts, functions, and roles about media globalization.
課程目標 Objectives
This subject is to introduce advanced principles and practical solutions relate to media globalization in the real world. During the sessions, students are expected to learn how: To apply marketing and communication theory in a globalized media context To use marketing and communication concepts to make critical decisions To improve familiarity with current challenges and issues in media globalization To learn simulated marketing and communication solution delivery via teamwork effort

Internship: The required or elective courses should include credits and learning hours. Students should participate in the corporative company or institution to practice and learn the real skills. An internship certification must be handed in at the end of internship to get the credits or to fulfil the graduation requirements.
