課程目標 Objectives |
|
The objectives of this course are as follows: 1. To define and elucidate the concepts of organizational development and change management. 2. To equip students with the skills necessary to effectively implement a change effort within an organization. 3. To foster an understanding of the competencies essential for successful change agents. 4. To enable students to identify and address ethical dilemmas that may arise in the context of organizational change.
