A brief introduction for each of the topics 1. 投資概念：涉及分配(金流)資源，以期望產生收入或利潤。關鍵實踐包括風險評估、多元化以及定期的投資組合審查。 Practices of Investment: Involves allocating resources (Cash Flow), with the expectation of generating an income or profit. Key practices include risk assessment, diversification, and regular portfolio review. 2. 股票分析：介紹股票價格決定因素，主要可以從資產定價、基本面因素、市場情緒、經濟因素等決定 Stock Analysis: The factors determining stock prices can mainly be analyzed from perspectives such as asset pricing, fundamental factors, market sentiment, and economic factors. 3. 共同基金：一種由許多投資者收集的資金池組成的金融工具，用於投資於股票、債券、貨幣市場工具和其他資產。由專業的資金經理管理。 Mutual Fund: A financial vehicle made up of a pool of money collected from many investors to invest in securities like stocks, bonds, money market instruments, and other assets.
