本班將與週四的專題課合班上課,請選到本堂課的同學請注意,不要在週四下午4:10-6:00期間排任何課,以免影響發生衝堂情事。 This class is provided in Thursday seminar, NOT ON FRIDAY! Please leave time for 4:10 to 6:00 if you select this seminar. 最後一次開課,我與得億管理顧問企業合作(公司連結與介紹:https://ultimahub.com/),將透過工作坊以及系列演講來進行,時間是每週四的下午4:10-6:00。期末配合公司會有成果發表。演講的講者包括了台灣創業家,以及在台灣創業的外國人等,因此學生須具備一定程度的英語程度及(ibt分數至少90以上)以及學習的上進心。 This class cooperates with Ultimahub, a leading corporate training provider in Taiwan. We designed a series of workshops, lectures, invited speakers to learn the following skills: 1.Cultural Adaptation: Understanding and adapting to different countries' work cultures and communication styles.2.Language Proficiency: Effectively using a second language, especially English, in professional settings.3.Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds 4.Innovative Thinking: Developing innovative solutions against a multicultural backdrop and 5.Professional Skills: Continuously updating professional knowledge and skills to meet international standards. Thus, we highly recommend that students who have strong passion and has responsibilities for their future select this seminar. 除了參與得億管理顧問企業所提供的訓練外,每個學生必須另外要參與比賽與應徵實習工作。期末也必須針對比賽與實習工作的尋找和個人努力進行分享。 In addition to participating with the pasture provided by Ultimahub, this seminar requires students to participate business competitions and internships. Students also need to share the experiences about the the involvement of the competitions and internships. 最後,本堂課非常歡迎對自己未來負責任的學生,請想混學分的學生勿入。 Lastly, we do not invite irresponsible students.
課程目標 Objectives
Comprehensive Development of Core Competencies for Multinational Enterprises Against the backdrop of globalization challenges and seizing international career opportunities, our lectures and workshops aim to holistically enhance students' core competencies, covering aspects from communication skills to leadership abilities. 1. Problem-Solving Strategies => Provide effective problem-solving methods and techniques to ensure students can respond swiftly and effectively when faced with challenges. 2. Multicultural Communication Skills => Cultivate students' ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment through a deep understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds. 3. Emotional Intelligence Management => Teach students how to manage and utilize emotional intelligence to enhance interpersonal interactions and leadership effectiveness. 4. Exceptional Public Speaking Skills => Instruct students on how to articulate thoughts clearly and powerfully, increasing their persuasive power and influence. Our content design will focus on practicality and scenario simulation, combined with cultural experiences and contextual connections, as well as interactive learning and peer support, aiming to help university students comprehensively enhance their core abilities, preparing them fully for their future international work or study journeys.

Internship: The required or elective courses should include credits and learning hours. Students should participate in the corporative company or institution to practice and learn the real skills. An internship certification must be handed in at the end of internship to get the credits or to fulfil the graduation requirements.
