Teaching methods |

3%-12%。 1. This course is rigorous and intellectually challenging. It is designed for students committed to academic excellence and willing to engage deeply with the material. Those seeking effortless achievement or lenient grading are discouraged from enrolling. 2. The pedagogical approach of this course is primarily lecture-driven, supplemented with video materials that serve as an integral component of the instructional strategy. 3. Students must diligently pre-study the textbook's designated chapters and submit comprehensive weekly assignments consistently. 4. Active participation in classroom discussions and/or online forums on the e-learning platform is mandatory. Engagement in these discussions constitutes a significant portion of the overall assessment criteria. 5. Students will be organized into groups for collaborative learning activities. These activities include conducting interviews with individuals possessing managerial expertise, identifying and exploring a theme pertinent to general management, and presenting their findings in both oral and written formats. The final examination will also be conducted in a group setting. 6. Peer evaluation will be utilized to calibrate the assessment of group projects, ensuring a fair and balanced appraisal of each participant's contribution. 7. The evaluation criteria provided are tentative and subject to modification following a collective discussion during the initial class session. 8. Grade adjustments after the semester are not feasible. Historical data indicates that approximately 3% to 12% of students fail this course.
