體制(或稱建制、制度)在當前社會無處不在。本課程聚焦於分析當代公共治理中公部門的體制及其與公民之間的關係。本課程將批判地檢視公部門體制的知識基礎以及當前文獻中有關公民-國家之間的關係之主要議題,包括公民參與、共同生產、公共服務邏輯、公共價值及行政負擔。
Institutions are everywhere in today’s society. This course focuses on analyzing public-sector institutions and their relationship with citizens in contemporary public governance. This course critically examines the intellectual foundations of public-sector institutions and major issues of citizen-state interactions in current scholarship, such as citizen participation, co-production, public service logic, public values, and administrative burden.





課程目標 Objectives

         本課程主要目的如下:
1.幫助學生習得有關公部門體制和公民治理的進階專業知識
2.讓學生發展批判思考及寫作技能
3.讓學生具備從事有關於公部門體制和公民治理主題的嚴謹研究
The major goals of this course are as follows:
1. Help students gain the advanced, professional knowledge regarding public-sector institutions and citizen governance
2. Enable students to develop critical thinking and writing skills
3. Enable students to conduct rigorous research on various topics associated with public-sector institutions and citizen governance
