Organizational theory and Management (OT) is a fundamentla and basis course in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM). As a basic introductory subject, this course (OT) not only introduces the basic theories related to organizational management as well as organizational learning, but also graduatlly provides the management issues related to organizational strategies. This premise concpet of organizaiton and management (OT) is to regard the organization as an individual setting in response to the internal conditions and external environment. Moreover, The course offers practical cases about context, structure and process involved organization and management (OT), such as aspects of organizational change and design, and culture as well as ethnics.

課程目標 Objectives

1. Students will acquire capabilities to comprehend fundamental concepts and theories related to organization and management.
2. Students will develop skills to address internal and external conflicts within organizational setting.
3. Students will present capabilities to integrate organization and management principles into various business specializations.
