Innovation Management course is intended to introduce the key concepts and methods for effective innovation management that is becoming the crucial competitive advantages for the high-tech sectors and technology-based business. This course introduces a number of related cases and issues with a view to bridge the national, industrial, corporate and individual innovation activities, along with presentation of selected viewpoints, approaches, methods and tools to effectively integrate the functional (with special focus on R&D & HR department), business and corporate levels of R&D, and innovation activities as a whole. The course provides information about context, structure and process involved innovaiton activities, such as aspects of innovation typology, taxonomy and innovation tools .

1. Students will acquire capabilities to comprehend fundamental concepts and theories related to innovation management. 2. Students will present abilities to integrate innovation management principles into various business specializations. 3. Students will apply innovation management theories into research proposal development.
