《組織行為學》是管理學的基礎，EMBA的核心課程。在此分為微觀與宏觀兩部分。
微觀組織行為通過探索人的特性、及人與人的交互作用來向學生展示制度對人的行為的影響，瞭解個體行為的特徵，群體行為的交互作用，組織結構與流程、組織文化與組織氛圍、以及領導風格是如何影響個體行為的；並揭示個體是如何通過培訓、社會化等過程而成為組織中的一員；同時，討論個體在組織變革中的角色和作用以及組織變革對個體的影響。宏觀組織行為運用組織理論來揭示如何評價一個制度及如何制定一個“好的”制度，即展示組織設計與重組、流程設計與再造的原則及其對管理決策與組織行為的影響。針對EMBA學生，我們更多地在決策層面討論諸如此類的問題，而非操作層面。

課程目標 Objectives

本課程旨在培養學生掌握組織行為的核心內容，學會使用行為學科的分析思路和分析方法，審視企業現狀，發現問題，進行診斷，並提出切實可行的解決方案；培養學生的判斷力和決策能力，從戰略高度、以全域視野去觀察和分析企業管理系統，並持續改進企業效能。本課程涉及的主要技術和能力提升是：
1) 解釋人的行為，以獲得解決問題的方法；
2) 預測人的行為，以判斷所制定的制度、政策與方案是否能實現目標，達到目的；
3) 調控組織行為，通過管理系統（制度與文化）的設計來確定組織環境，以確保有高效的組織行為以實現組織目標和組織戰略。
通過學習這門課，希望學生能實現以下三個目標:
1) 以本課程為基礎更好地學習其他相關管理課程；
2) 並將所學概念自如應用到日後的實際工作和現實生活中，能更好地理解自己在組織中的角色，識別和解決所遇到的管理問題，使自己能在組織中得到良好發展；
作為管理者、組織的決策者或制度的制定者，“做好領導、勝任其責”是關鍵所在。
