課程目標 Objectives |
|
The purpose of this course is to provide students with a systematic understanding of how companies develop the basic theory and application, implementation and research trends of organizational ambidexterity. Topics covered in the course include: a theoretical overview of the field, its methodologies, and topics in the journals; individual level approaches to ambidexterity including cognition, behavior, and orientation and ability; and firm-level approaches to ambidexterity focusing on context, structure, special and temporal issues, and organizational learning and dynamic capability.
