It delves into the multifaceted world of technological innovation, exploring its sources, types, and life cycles. 課程目標 Objectives
1. Understand the Dynamics of Technological Innovation: By the end of the course, students should be able to identify and differentiate between various sources and types of technological innovations, comprehend the stages of the technology life cycle, and recognize the factors influencing technology diffusion and adoption. 2. Develop Strategic Insight into Innovation Management: Students will gain the ability to align technological innovation with organizational strategy, effectively manage R&D teams, and understand the significance of intellectual property. They will also learn to anticipate technological disruptions and formulate strategies to maintain competitive advantage in dynamic industries. 3. Internship: The required or elective courses should include credits and learning hours. Students should participate in the corporative company or institution to practice and learn the real skills.
