Entrepreneurship is playing a vital role in finding solutions to the huge challenges facing civilization, including health, communications, security, infrastructure, education, energy and the environment. This course targets on “Technology Ventures”, and its coverage on customer engagement, the customer development process, and the latest insights on business model design, will be expanded. Special attention will be also paid to university technology commercialization, open source innovation, and opportunities in mobile, digital health, 3D printing, and energy tech. The organization of key topics in this class include such as: Part I: Venture Opportunity and Strategy Part II: Concept Development and Venture Formation Part III: Organizations, Operations, and Intellectual Property Part IV: Financing and Leading the Enterprise 本學期(112-1)課程新重點在於創新創業之反思,包括新創事業的育成、創投與創新等的企業診斷與經營輔導等主題項目。主軸為「創新創業與文化反思」,其重要課題與範圍分成四大部分: 第1部分 架構--價值創造的基礎 第2部分 運作--人才團隊、知識產權和營運 第3部分 時機--創業策略與執行 第4部分 文化--創新創業的永續 【* 課程授課採取個案教學與參與式學習(Program on Case Method and Participant-Centered Learning,PCMPCL),每週課程均以同學參與為主,請同學務必進行意見交換與互動參與。】
課程目標 Objectives
For business, engineering, and science students and professionals who demand a comprehensive guide to high-growth entrepreneurship, this course presents the platform for analyzing opportunities and building new enterprises. Furthermore, this course also integrates clear theoretical frameworks with action-oriented examples and exercises. Its broad perspective on "technology," including clean tech, information technology, and the life sciences - ensures wide-ranging appeal to anyone with an interest in high-potential ventures. 本學期(112-1)的課程在培養學生對於創業的「企業診斷」與「創新管理」內涵與過程的認識,並且藉由投入創業的規畫進程進行反思,激勵同學在未來事業發展上的創新與創業的經營。內容除創業輔導主題、創新戰略的研習之外,並加上中西文化的反思,主要係針對工程、科技與商務等管理教育的實踐者,進行企業診斷的個案研究、資料分析和其企業文化影響決策等進行學習。
授課方式 Teaching methods
