After finishing this course, students are expected to gain the following learning outcomes: Foundational Understanding: To equip students with a comprehensive understanding of generative AI, emphasizing its core principles, mechanisms, and the intricacies of models like ChatGpt. Practical Application: To enable students to proficiently apply AI tools in real-world business scenarios, ensuring they can navigate and leverage these tools for optimal outcomes in professional settings. Academic Integration: To train students in the effective use of AI tools for academic purposes, ensuring they can seamlessly incorporate AI assistance in research projects, literature reviews, and dissertation development. Skill Development: To cultivate a hands-on competency in students, allowing them to adeptly harness AI tools for a diverse range of tasks, both in business operations and academic research. Collaborative Learning: To foster a collaborative learning environment where students can learn from their peers, share insights, and collectively explore the applications and challenges of AI in various contexts.

This course champions a multifaceted, peer-driven learning approach. Central to our methodology are hands-on exercises, where students, grouped in teams, harness AI tools for tasks like brainstorming, academic paper searches, and idea summarization. Industry practitioners will grace our sessions, sharing insights on AI tool applications in real-world settings, followed by guided practical exercises. A pivotal component is our case study analysis, focusing on the competitive dynamics of AI providers in the market. While traditional lectures take a backseat, collaborative workshops, peer-led discussions, and real-world exercises form the course's backbone. This immersive, interactive approach ensures students not only understand AI's theoretical aspects but also its tangible applications in both business and academia.
