\\140.117.152.55\crs_net_data\crs_outline\1112\outline\PAM708.TXT本課程主要討論公共服務傳遞、公共政策以及協力治理過程中多元行動者的互動與管理。本課程著重於以下主題:(1)公共事務管理的理論發展;(2)公共治理與決策科學;(3)城市與環境管理;(4) 第三部門管理和社區發展;(5)新興公共事務管理議題。
The course mainly discusses public service delivery, public policy, and multiple actors’ interaction and management in collaborative governance processes. In addition, this course focuses on the following aspects: (1) the theoretical development of public affairs management; (2) public governance & decision science; (3) urban and environmental management; (4) third sector management and community development; (5) new public affairs management issues.



課程目標 Objectives

         1.幫助學生了解公共事務管理的理論發展
2.通過文獻討論和案例研究培養學生處理實際公共事務的能力
3.建立學生公共事務管理研究基礎
1.Assist students to understand theoretical development and frontiers of public affairs management
2.develop students’ capacities to deal with practical public affairs issues by literature discussion and case study
3. Build students’ research foundation of public affairs management
