本課程分為兩部分討論與分析國際社會中,下列五種類型國家在經濟全球化時代與保護主義逆襲情勢下,面臨政治(民主vs.威權)、經濟(資本主義vs.國家資本主義)與安全(傳統與非傳統安全)等挑戰,為推動國家利益所採行之外交政策及其對國際新秩序所產生之影響:(1)西方國家,以美國為主,英、法為輔;(2)再統一國家,以德國為主,越南為輔;(3)分裂國家,以中國為主,韓國為輔;(4)新興國家,俄羅斯與印度為主。 1. 研究理論 2. 美國之外交政策與實務 3. 德國之外交政策與實務 4. 中國之外交政策與實務 5. 新興國家之外交政策與實務

課程目標 Objectives |
|
本課程旨在強化博士班學生使用比較外交相關理論分析五種類型國家,在全球化時代,既有之國家發展模式(資本主義+議會民主vs.國家資本主義+一黨專政)均面臨衝擊的情勢下,如何利用外交途徑獲取最高國家利益。此外,博士班學生亦能在此基礎上進行獨立與深入之學術研究。
