課程大綱 Course syllabus

         本課以資本主義的緣起為導論,據此理解市場與國家的關係。課程將以已開發國家、開發中國家和後共產轉型國家為例,聚焦四大部分:
1.深入政治經濟學經典著作,追溯資本主義起源、及其對現代化與民主化的影響。
2.比較市場經濟成長的軌跡,針對國家對市場的干預、財富再分配、政治經濟景氣循環,進行分析。
3.比較市場經濟治理的模式,針對公司的組織結構、勞資關係、國企民營化,進行分析。
4.比較市場經濟運作的困境,針對侍從主義、貧富差距與債務危機,進行分析。







課程目標 Objectives

         透過本課,希望學生能理解各國國家市場關係的架構、運作、競合、挑戰,並期能將之應用於分析當前各國內部的政治經濟衝突,和對外上的競爭與角力。






授課方式 Teaching methods

         *授課方式:教師導論、統整、結論(50%);課堂文章探討、理論應用(50%)
*評分方式
1.上課參與:15%
(1)出席
(2)文章討論
2.課堂報告:40%
(1)挑選5篇指定文章,撰寫2頁摘要、評論與疑問
(2)針對指定文章發表10分鐘口頭報告
3.期末報告:45%(口頭報告(10%)、書面(35%))
(1)擇選一國,以制度與政策角度,析論其經濟發展的重大成就或問題
(2)字數:不得少於10000字
(3)6/13繳交PPT與全文
