|
This course is an overview of the complex legal and ethical issues that confront the medical system. It is designed to introduce issues via specific legal cases, and provide balanced, in-depth coverage of controversial and timely topics in the areas of law and ethics within the health care environment. Thus, several important ethics issues, including Utilitarianism, Virture Ethics, and Deontology and etc., will be examined under both social and medical context. 本課程概述了醫療系統面臨的複雜法律和道德問題。它旨在通過具體的法律案例引入問題,並平衡、深入地導引醫療保健環境中法律和道德領域的有爭議和及時的議題。因此,幾個重要的倫理問題,包括功利主義、美德倫理學和道義論等,將在社會和醫學背景下進行研究。
