課程目標 Objectives |
|
This course will give students the tools they need to write a research proposal, no matter what her/his field of study is. Specifically, the purpose of this course is to help students learn how to choose a research design and theoretical framework, write their methodology and literature review, and present their research plan. This course offers direction for every step of the process of developing the research proposal.

Lecture 星期五 Fri. 6:30-9:00PM 共五次 Week 1: 3/3 Course overview Thesis structure and writing the introduction Week 2: 3/10 Invited talk by TJ Shih Week 3: 3/31 Writing literature review, research methods, conclusion, and discussion Week 4: 4/28 Invited talk by HY Lu Week 5: 5/19 Final Presentation Final Presentation 20% (Group). Students are expected to orally present a journal article (published in 2021-2023) of your interest in a clear and professional manner. All members in your group are required to take turns to present on stage. Please prepare a 15-20 min. PowerPoint presentation.
