***Course Prerequisities: Accounting, Economics, and Math related to Geometric Series*** The course will cover the theories and practices of finance, particularly corporate finance. We will cover various topics related to financial statement analysis, discounted cash flow valuation, returns, risk, market efficiency, market anomalies, and capital structure, among others. The course will also provide students with a better understanding of financial spreadsheet modeling, strengthen their abilities in financial analyses, and equip them with the skills and techniques necessary for modern financial decision-making. Upon completion of this course, students will have a good understanding of the current practices of corporate finance and risk management, and be able to conduct empirical research in this field.

This course will 1)provide fundamental knowledge of corporate finance and capital market. 2)offer an opportunity to review financial theory, modeling, and empirical research. 3)enable students to utilize practical skills for conducting financial research via Microsoft Excel software.
