R&D (Research & Developmnt) Management course is intended to introduce the key concepts and methods for effective R&D management that is becoming the crucial competitive advantages for the high-tech sectors and technology-based business. This course introduces a number of related cases and issues with a view to bridge the national, industrial, corporate and individual R&D activities, along with presentation of selected viewpoints, approaches, methods and tools to effectively integrate the functional (with special focus on HR department), business and corporate levels of R&D and innovation activities as a whole. The course offers information about context, structure and process involved R&D activities, such as strategic aspects of R&D activities, R&D roadmapping, human resource management and creativity in R&D.

1. Students will possess abilities to identify interdisciplinary problems/issues. 2. Students will possess abilities to solve the cross-functional conflicts. 3. Students will apply to integrate R&D management knowledge into business technology specialization.

Internship: The required or elective courses should include credits and learning hours. Students should participate in the corporative company or institution to practice and learn the real skills.
