課程目標 Objectives |
|
1. 了解如何針對組織關鍵問題發展調查計畫 2. 熟悉員工滿意度調查設計流程 3. 了解如何分析不同類型的調查資料 (EXCEL、SPSS) 4. 學習如何有效呈現調查分析結果 5. 學習如何將分析結果與人資策略與制度設計結合 1. Be able to develop a survey plan for the organization’s key issues. 2. Be familiar with the employee satisfaction survey design process. 3. Be able to analyze different types of survey data (EXCEL, SPSS). 4. Be able to present survey and analysis results effectively. 5. Be able to combine analysis results with human resources strategies.

本課程設計融合教師講解、課堂互動討論、個案討論、個人作業與小組報告等多樣化之教學方式。課程中將透過期刊論文及多個分析作業,培養學生量化分析與邏輯思考能力,增進實務現象與學術理論之連結性。 A variety of instructional techniques will be used in this class, including, but not limited to: lectures, discussion, case studies, and student presentations. A set of readings will have been assigned for each topic. There will also be a group project in which students apply theory and research to practical organizational problems.
