A participant in “International Economic Law–Business & Policy” will add value to a career as almost all areas of business - from employment practices to product and service promotion to accounting and reporting compliance - have a myriad set of legal issues. Also, the subject provides a strong overview of the global marketplace in which governments interact with international corporations, and the seminars present up-to-date analysis of recent changes in governmental regulation of business. 在2020-23年間,全球各國政府、監管機構、非政府組織、私營部門和其他重要利益相關者繼續強調ESG問題。能源行業也不例外,因為公司和投資者面臨著一系列ESG問題,包括向凈零經濟的過渡,不斷變化的排放報告要求以及對供應鏈的日益關注。本課程內容主要係以社會中之法律的脈絡(the context of law)為題材,針對今日市場經濟體系中,關於「國家、市場、企業與消費大眾」四個角色對象的互動下,就國際間對於ESG的經濟管制和法律走向,以法律決策與實例與趨勢為主題,及相關的法規、政府管制措施、……等等的形成、演變與適用,進行實踐的經濟和法律(economic and legal)互動之檢討。近代市場擴張影響所及,當代國際社會面對的資本流動、結構變化、貧富差距、貿易衝突、…等「發展」(development)或「現代化」(modernization)問題,也將以討論的方式,加以分析提醒。 本課程透過逐項議題討論,希冀修課同學能: 1.洞察基礎概念:理解課程介紹之理論的基礎概念,並能加以應用「商務決策」;同時對現象面有更深入的剖析能力。 2.增進個案研究:透過「個案研究」對實例的研讀,體認「決策管理的市場與法律之雙重基礎」,促進同學個案剖析與寫作能力。 3.鍛鍊決策管理:經由時代演變,針對「決策管理」過程,對於市場與法律糾結之研究問題的發想、研究方法的設計。
