性別組織與管理研究發展雖晚,但已歷經不同典範,從組織中的女性(women in organization)、性別化的組織(gendered organization)、到多樣/交織性管理(diversity/ intersectional management),本課程將涵蓋前述不同典範的主題,包括職場性別/性傾向歧視、玻璃天花板、家庭與工作平衡、性騷擾等,並搭配個案進行課堂討論。 The research on gender, organization and management is developed late, but it has gone through different paradigms, from women in organization, gendered organization, to diversity/intersectional management. The topics of this course will cover the various aforementioned paradigms, including workplace gender discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, glass ceilings, family-work balance, sexual harassment, etc., and will be paired with case discussion in each session.
課程目標 Objectives
透過個案討論,讓同學熟悉性別、組織與管理研究領域的不同主題與研究趨勢,並有能力從不同角度思考改善組織性別管理問題的解方。另一方面,本課程也將帶領同學熟悉個案教學模式,並且在學期間完成一個個案之撰寫。 Through reading and discussion, students will be familiar with different themes and research trends in the field of gender, organization and management, and have the ability to think about solutions to improve organizational gender management from different perspectives. In addition, the students will be more familiar with the case teaching method, and complete a case writing during the course.

本課程將以實務個案討論為主,加強同學們對性別與管理議題的判斷能力,並補充相對應的理論概念,以強化同學對於性別與管理議題的思考深度。期末將由修課同學蒐集資料撰寫的個案帶領討論。 This course will use case discussion to strengthen students' ability to analyze gender and management issues. The instructor will introduce related concepts and research trends in this field. At the end of the term, the discussion will be led by the cases written by the students.

Internship: The required or elective courses should include credits and learning hours. Students should participate in the corporative company or institution to practice and learn the real skills.
