課程大綱 Course syllabus

新興科技與線上經濟的蓬勃發展已對人心及群眾行為產生深遠影響。想要有效管理眾人之事嗎？必須先正視如何在線上與線下重拾人際信任與有效溝通。

課程目標 Objectives

課程分為二大部分：第一部份說明科技「零信任」和「溝通」之意義，以及與管理信任之關係；第二部份，信任的實踐實務性探討，即是瞭解信任革命對網路現在/未來發展動向，如科技與零信任的網路溝通行為對社會發展影響，如新創企業、網路媒體等問題。此課程將協助學生瞭解「科技」與「信任」對網路安全溝通之重要性，以及人與科技運用責任承擔。

授課方式 Teaching methods

1. 本課程重視課堂參與和討論，請勿無故缺席。
2. 上課缺席者，若理由是病假，請事後在一星期內補交生病看醫證明，若無法如期繳交，請告知。若是事假與公假，請上課前3天事先請假；不得當天或事後請假，不接受補請事假或公假。
3. 期中考與期末考，若無特殊原因，請勿缺席，不接受補考。
4. 口頭報告內容，以找出「科技與信任溝通」實施情況或相關問題為主，舉實例說明並提出優缺點，以及可能解決政策方法。
5. 書面報告繳交不得少於3,000字，單行距、12號字標楷體，與參考書目。若發現報告文章抄襲，以零分計算。

評分方式﹝評分標準及比例﹞Evaluation (Criteria and ratio)等第制單科成績對照表 letter grading reference
