課程大綱 Course syllabus

本課程介紹中國外交政策的關鍵概念和實質問題。首先，研究中國外交政策制定的過程，並評估有關中國崛起的主要理論觀點。其次，著眼於中國與大國的雙邊關係以及相關問題，如主權、安全、經濟、能源、環境、人權、恐怖主義、互聯網等。最後，針對「一帶一路」倡議的最新路線圖，及其對整個中國外交的影響，講解當中的外交意義。

課程目標 Objectives

了解和評估中國在發展與世界其他地區的多方面關係方面的觀點、優先事項和戰略；解釋中國外交政策制定的結構和過程；分析中國與主要參與者的關係以及中國如何處理幾個關鍵問題；多角度評價中國崛起對其尋求大國地位和國際秩序未來的影響。
