課程大綱 Course syllabus

本課程探討組織行為的三個面向:組織裡的個體;組織裡的團體;組織系統。「組織裡的個體」--涉及個體行為的基礎、人格與情緒、激勵的基本概念、激勵概念的應用、以及個體決策等課題;「組織裡的團體」--涉及了團體行為的基礎、瞭解工作團隊、溝通、權力與政治、以及衝突與談判等課題;「組織系統」--涉及組織結構之基礎、組織文化、以及組織變革與發展等課題。藉由三個面向的理解,結合時事議題做統整性的深層理解。
This course focuses on three aspects of organizational behavior: individuals in organizations; groups in organizations; and organizational systems."Individuals in the organization"-topics related to the basis of individual behavior, personality and emotions, the concept and application of motivation, and individual decision-making;"Groups in the organization"-topics related to the foundations of group behavior, work teams, communication, conflict and negotiation;"Systems in the Organization"-involving topics such as the foundation of organizational structure, organizational culture, and organizational change and development.This course will also integrate current issues to provide students with an integrated understanding.




課程目標 Objectives

         本課程之目的在引介上開主題之概念與蘊涵,帶領同學進入組織行為學理論殿堂,使學生能對其有大致性之理解,進而應用於實際領域中。另外,結合實務個案之探討,了解組織行為的實際運作情形。
The purpose of this course is to lead students to understand the relevant theories of organizational behavior, so that they can contrast with the problems encountered in the workplace and think about how to deal with them.Finally, this course will combine case studies to understand the actual operation of organizational behavior.
