企業為因應電子化世代的全球性競爭,將管理機能資訊化並調整其經營管理之運作,以迎接所將面臨的挑戰;而如何就企業之特性與需求,運用適合的資訊科技來促成其體質改善、產業升級升級,實為現代資管人所必須具備的智能。本課程則藉由與國內企業進行產學合作之方式,以了解新興資訊系統(如,ERP、SCM、CRM、e-commerce…)應如何規劃、設計、與導入。
The application information system is one of the major concerns of operating business, and the production/marketing information system is the most important. In this course, the students will be directed to go through all the procedure to establish the information systems associated with the selected cooperation(s). Initialing the innovative ideas, performing market analysis, contacting with the cooperative business, and developing the information system, etc. are the main tasks of this project.







課程目標 Objectives

         修課學生於課程進行過程中可體認學習:
1. 資訊管理人員應如何對企業進行分析評估,以規劃設計具實用價值之產銷資訊系統。
2. 企業資源規劃、供應鏈管理、與顧客關係管理等系統之特性與運作原則。
The purpose of this two-semester course is to help the students to make use of all the skill and the theory learned from the other courses, and to build up the experience and the knowledge of dealing with the real world problems.
