本課程是針對關組織文化中不同典範的議題進行探討,首先針對組織研究中的典範轉移進行探討,之後則針對不同典範的組織文化研究與觀點進行了解。This course explores issues related to different paradigms in organizational culture, first with a discussion of paradigm shift in organizational studies, and then with an understanding of organizational culture studies and perspectives on different paradigms.

課程目標 Objectives

         一方面協助修習者熟悉與掌握組織文化的相關議題,一方面協助修習者思考組織文化議題的可能方向。This course helps students to familiar with the relevant issues of organizational culture, to master such relevant issues, and to think about the possible direction of such relevant issues.

Internship: The required or elective courses should include credits and learning hours. Students should participate in the corporative company or institution to practice and learn the real skills.
