課程目標 Objectives |
|
修完本課程,學生應習得以下內容: 1. 能解釋說明不同領導風格與決策的理論觀點 2. 分析領導者在決策歷程中扮演的角色 3. 了解領導者決策時可能面臨的道德兩難 After completing this course, the student should be able to: 1. Explain the different theoretical perspectives in leadership style and decision-making. 2. Analyse a leader's role in decision-making. 3. Explore the role and meaning of ethics in leadership and decision-making.
