公司企業作為一個經濟與倫理的實體,有其使命,本課程探討公司企業的組成與營運所牽涉到的倫理層面,瞭解其形成與演變的過程。本課程的設計,在於使學生深刻瞭解,經理人身為受信託者與績效監督者的角色,有其無可推卸的倫理責任,基於此認識,必須充分明瞭公司組織各種管理機制的問責、掌控以及報告系統,預測與估計公司決策對各重要關係人的影響。
As an economic and ethical entity, a company has its mission. This course explores the ethical aspects involved in the formation and operation of a company, and understands the process of its formation and evolution. The design of this course is to enable students to deeply understand that managers, as trustees and performance monitors, have their inescapable ethical responsibilities. Based on this understanding, it is necessary to fully understand the accountability and control of various management mechanisms of the company. And a reporting system that predicts and estimates the impact of company decisions on key stakeholders.
