課程目標 Objectives |
|
The objectives of this course include: (1) To learn the concepts and logics of relevant theories. (2) To advance skills to identify, analyze, and resolve organizational problems. (3) To develop integrative mindsets to address organizational issues with multiple theoretical lens.
