課程大綱 Course syllabus

The aim of this course focuses on the application of utilizing IHRM for MNCs’ strategic gains in cross-border competition. Several relevant areas are examined with practical issues from internal and external environment of the firm.
Relevant topics include the institutional aspect of MNC and its structure, the dynamics of external environment in which the MNCs operate in, leveraging and building of coordination between headquarter and its network of subsidiaries. Additional people management issues such as cross-border alliance, IJV & acquisitions, talent management and global leadership will also be addressed.
The COVID-19 crisis has forced schools to adopt distance education.
