The contents of this course includes compensation and talent attraction/retaining, motivation and incentives, compensation strategy and organizational performance, job nature and compensation, psychological contracts and compensation, risks and compensation, compensation strategy for executives, compensation commitment, and international pay systems.

課程目標 Objectives

         To know the causes and consequences of compensation and related emerging issues within compensation.
