課程大綱 Course syllabus
　　　　　　　　 本課程主要是以聯合國秘書長每年三月向聯合國大會所提出之「海洋與海洋法」（Oceans and the Law of the Sea）年度報告書（Report of the Secretary-General）及其同年度增補報告書（Addendum）之部分主要內容為課程大綱，內容包括聯合國海洋法公約及其履行協定；海洋空間主張；聯合國海洋法公約附屬機構；海運與航行；海上犯罪；海洋資源、海洋環境、水下文化遺產與永續發展；海洋科學與技術；爭端解決；跨領域議題及國際合作與協調等國際間所重視之各項海洋相關議題。本課程將以上述之內容分為十四個不同的主題，邀請本校跨院跨領域之教授，以專題演講的方式針對每個主題以深入淺出之方式上課，引領學生明瞭海洋事務之內涵與範疇，為厚植海洋深化教育之基礎。










課程目標 Objectives
　　　　　　　　 本課程旨在引領本校各學院學生對海洋事務之內涵有總體性的瞭解，建立海洋事務相關的基礎背景知識與必要技能，培養學生此專業領域之學習興趣，奠定未來參與海洋事務相關社會、法律與政策議題研究之基礎。本課程為本校以海洋為發展重點之特色課程。










授課方式 Teaching methods
　　　　　　　　 課堂講授。 110上學期若開學時仍為二級警戒，即改為線上授課，系統為Google Meet, 上課網址：https://meet.google.com/rds-knee-pek。
