Entrepreneurship is the foundation of entreprise’s competitiveness. An entrepreneurial leader is able to lead business under rapidly changing business environment. A good example is Walt Disney, the American entrepreneur of American animation industry. Entrepreneurship is the comprehensive performance of entrepreneurial leadership skills. It can be regarded as an cructial and special intangible production factor. It is also a guarantee of success in organizational management and business operation. Entrepreneurship is characterized by the identification and mastery of opportunities, the exploration of innovative methods, the effective use of resources, and the proper risk management with a vision to build an inspiring business. This course pays equal attention to entrepreneur’s social responsibility. As a reflection on the viewpoint of Fryman, the Nobel Prize-winning economist, Fryman believed the one responsibility of entrepreneur is to ensure open and free competition. However, in the modern business world, an open and free market does not exist. Therefore, entrepreneurs must inevitably take their social responsibilities to solve social problems.
