本課程為企業管理研究所碩士班二年級的必修課程,主要介紹企業倫理與社會責任的概念,並從組織設計與組織行為角度,探索領導者可如何打造倫理組織
This is a compulsory course for 2nd year MBA students. This course will introduce the basic concept of business ethics and corporate social responsibility, and discuss how business leader can build an ethical organization based on the concepts of organizational design and organizational behaviour.








課程目標 Objectives

         修習完本課程後,學生應該可以:
1) 從非經濟觀點瞭解企業是什麼,以及其該有的社會責任
2) 從行為倫理學觀點,瞭解個人倫理行為的構成與影響因素
3 )從組織設計與行為觀點,瞭解領導者可如何影響組織成員的價值觀與建立倫理文化
After studying this course, students are expected to
1) Understand what business organisation is and its social responsibility from a non-economic perspective.
2) understand how individual’s ethical attitudes and behaviours are affected from a behavioural ethics’ perspective.
3) understand how leaders can affect subordinate’s value system and establish an ethical culture within an organisation.

本課程採用經驗學習的設計,學生在課前必須先閱讀指定文章與個案,並完成指定作業。
本課程將會要求學生以分組方式,撰寫企業個案,進行分析,並將成果公開於Google site上
學生小組活動將以互評方式進行調整,喜歡搭便車者請三思。
本課程不是涼課,想洗學分或爽拿高分者請勿嘗試。
以下評分方式僅供參考,正式評分組合將於首堂課討論後決定
This course adopts the design of experiential learning. Students have to read assigned readings and teaching case BEFORE lecture, and complete weekly assignment.
Students will be divided into groups to write business case and analysis. The outcome will be published on Google site.
The outcome of group assignment will be adjusted based on peer-evaluation. Free-riders are not welcome.
This is a demanding course. Please think twice before you sign-on if you just want to get a easy A..
