課程目標 Objectives |

本課程是針對組織研究中有關組織文化與組織變革的議題進行進一步的探討,另外也加入組織學習的相關議題,目的即是針對目前企業組織最常遇到的變革管理議題,講授相關的理論與實務,並藉由學員撰寫實際個案的方式,讓學員對變革管理能有進一步的瞭解,並激發學員重新思索對自己企業的變革管理。 This course discusses the topics related to organizational culture, organizational change, organizational learning, and learning organization. Students have to conduct a change program on themselves, so they can have a further understanding of change management. It can inspire students to rethink the change management of their own enterprises.
