The subject provides a strong overview of the global marketplace in which governments interact with international corporations, and the seminars present up-to-date analysis of recent changes in governmental regulation of business. * Special topics for Health Care Industry will be the focus of the course in this summer term.. 本課程除闡述基本倫理、效率和法律概念外,更著重案例演變分析的環境因素,以便提供學習者完整的健康醫療專業的脈絡資訊。【註:本學期(暑修)授課範圍聚焦於健康醫療產業。】
