課程目標 Objectives
　　　　　　　　 本課程目標有二：(1)培養學生以規範性理論的視角來理解與反思國際政治的能力，以及(2)讓學生掌握當前國際政治理論中學術討論的最新發展趨勢。


授課方式 Teaching methods
　　　　　　　　 - 課程前半部分為口頭報告，報告結束後進行討論。參與者必需於課前完成指定範圍內的閱讀。每週也要求參與者對指定閱讀的其中之一進行口頭報告，並以書面方式提交閱讀摘要。摘要必須整理出當週閱讀之主旨與論點，並且提出自身的觀點、批判，或者討論問題。
- 當週閱讀摘要：每次課堂前需先閱讀指定教材並撰寫摘要(不超過5頁)。摘要應包含以下內容：(1)整理作者主要觀點，並以自身話語重新表述；(2)提出自身觀點、批判，或討論問題；(3)與其他週的閱讀文本進行比較。
- 演講報告：學生須參加課堂所安排的演講，在演講前閱讀文獻並在之後撰寫報告(12號新細明體、1.5倍行高、頁數不超過5頁)。該報告包含：(1)演講摘要、(2)對於講者所提出之問題的回答，以及(3)對於講題的反思。報告必須在演講當週的周六晚上2359時以前以email的方式繳交，若逾時該次報告以零分計算。
- 期末書面報告：學生們將依據自身的研究興趣而選擇一個題目並撰寫報告(12號新細明體、1.5倍行高、頁數不超過10頁)。學生自身正在進行的研究計劃內容也可以撰寫為報告。報告內容必須包含：(1)說明研究問題為何；(2)解釋該問題為何重要；(3)搜尋並掌握有哪些既有研究來嘗試回答這些問題；(4)評估既有研究是否有回答到那些問題。報告最後附上參考文獻，不計入頁數。
- 本課程之每週授課內容會依照實際修課人數調整。
