課程目標 Objectives |
|
1.帶領同學瞭解公共事務所涉及的根本價值之辯證、公共管理的發展與變遷,引導同學以批判的角度思考公共議題與政策。 2.著重相關理論與文獻的探討,並輔以公共管理實務案例,來強化學生在理論與實務的結合。 1.Identify the elements of public management from a theoretical and practical perspective. 2.Understand what makes an effective public manager and how to apply tools and techniques presented to achieve organizational effectiveness to their work in public service.
