課程大綱 Course syllabus

         本課程旨在從區域整合與互賴的觀點來探討全球化與半全球化時代五大區域合作發展軌跡。二次世界大戰以後無論是高度工業化國家或未開發國家,均因為貫徹國家利益之工具有嚇阻取向之武力投入如核武,使得傳統上由主權國家來主導之內政、外交、環保、經貿問題,無法單獨有效解決,故區域內國與國間以及各區域間因經濟、安全等互相依賴考量進而整合之趨勢乃因運而生。區域整合可粗略分為區域內社會文化整合,政策整合、政治體系整合、經濟整合及安全合作等。師生在本課程內,就此等層面進行分析與討論。















課程目標 Objectives

         本課程旨在培養碩士專班學生國際觀及分析各國為因應全球化與民粹之衝擊,而在各大區域內建構之新發展模式,所採行合作策略之能力。此外,亦能在此基礎上進行較深入之學術研究。















授課方式 Teaching methods

         1. 老師授課,引導學生討論
2. 學生輪流口頭報告,並參與討論
3. 使用多媒體資訊,討論相關之議題。
