此課程是「永續管理微學程」的核心課程之一,加入時下企業最夯的議題,包括ESG與企業財務發展、永續報告的發展趨勢、溫室氣體盤查、碳關稅與碳權交易、社會影響力評估等。除結合中山管院多個系所的師資之外,並邀請校外專家協同教學,藉此提供學生對永續管理的全面認識,增進就業競爭力。

課程目標 Objectives

         本課程旨在增進學生就業機會及競爭力,培養學生有關企業及機關組織永續管理之知識,為擔任永續經理人(sustainable managers)或進入重視ESG、企業社會責任的各大企業作準備。課程內容涵蓋(a)對永續(sustainability)的認識,(b)攸關企業永續競爭力的概念與趨勢,例如ESG, SDG, 溫室氣體盤查和碳關稅等;(c)為達成永續所需的管理作為(例如結合永續的財務規劃和企業的社會影響力評估)。課程中並有安排一次的企業參訪。
This course is aim to enhance students’ competitiveness and employment opportunity. Through this course, students will learn how to manage a business or organization so that sustainability can be achieved or pursued. Such knowledge prepares our students for sustainable manager positions.
