課程目標 Objectives |
|
The goal of the course is to train students to have a basic understanding of theories related to organisation and behaviour, and to become ‘knowledge brokers’ in organisations. This course applies the concept of ‘teaming’ throughout the teaching, aiming to get students prepared for complex behavioural problems and risks in the knowledge exchange within and beyond the organisation. There will be a knowledge broker RPG (role-playing game) challenge at the end of the semester.
