課程大綱 Course syllabus

         本課程為企管系大二的必修課程,主要將介紹企業組織中人力資源管理相關的各項作業內容。
我們將從人力資源是什麼?為何我們該重視人力資源管理的議題開場,接下來開始介紹人力資源部門常進行的活動,包括人力規劃、招募、選才、訓練與發展、薪酬與福利管理,以及勞資關係等。基本常見在這些活動中的管理工具介紹之外,也會視需要討論這些工具背後的原理與理論基礎。最後將會簡單說明在全球化環境之下,企業該如何地調整其人力資源管理作為。
This is a compulsory course for 2nd year business students, and will introduce the human resource management related tasks in the business organizations.
Starting from what human resource management is, this course will cover the primary themes of HRM, such as job analysis, personnel planning, recruiting, etc.







課程目標 Objectives

         修習完本課程後,學生預計可以強化以下的知識與能力
1. 瞭解人力資源管理的本質?人力資源管理相關的活動,如何利用各種管理工具進行這些活動,以及管理工具背後的理論基礎。
2. 透過討論、報告等活動,建立起察覺與應用相關理論觀點分析現象與解決問題的能力。
3. 透過小組團體活動,培養領導、組織、團隊合作與溝通等軟性能力。
After finishing this course, students are expected to
1. understand the managerial/analytical tools for HRM activities
2. obtain the conceptual knowledge of HRM, and apply the knowledge in real world.
3. Develop soft skills through class activities.

2. Dessler G. 著,方世榮,楊舒蜜譯,現代人力資源管理,十四版,台北市:華泰書局。
以上兩本選一本即可,原則上鼓勵英文程度不錯的可以直接看英文版,對於英文恐懼,或是英文閱讀與吸收能力較差者,建議選中文版。這是「人力資源管理」課,不是英文閱讀課,重點是找一本可以幫助你理解人力資源管理的書。
另學生亦可選擇2014年以後同作者的教科書
