課程大綱 Course syllabus

課程內容皆為講師在職場多年來的寶貴經驗傳授，特別是銀行管理層面的實戰經歷與心得分享，相信能讓各位同學更加了解銀行內部的運作模式與架構。
而本課程亦有許多新創的議題分享，特別是關於金融服務數字化、智能化、虛擬實境化與各項治理工作，直搗台灣金融業最弱勢的一環，為各位同學扎下重要基礎。另外，SDGs、ESG、金融保險業、人資管理、風險管理等議題在此門課皆會提及。

課程目標 Objectives

有鑑於新冠肺炎對全球所帶來的影響，台灣各個產業的結構已逐漸改變。本課程透過邀請業界專家學者的講座，增加修課同學對於當前重要財金問題分析之認識，除此之外，強調實務之應用，以培養具全方位之金融與管理人才，提升學生就業及實務之競爭力。

授課方式 Teaching methods

1. 本課程共分為3部分，包括事前詳讀講師資料、課程中與講師互動、及以課後的心得撰寫及回答。每堂課程皆會邀請業界具影響力之業師，包含多位資深金控顧問、資訊長、人資副總等進行演講，講題涵蓋銀行業各項新穎議題、企業績效評估、風險管理與保險、人力資源管理等諸多面向，期盼能讓學生更了解業界環境，開創不同的視野。
2. 為尊重講師及課程秩序，上課若有遲到，必須等待課堂中間下課才行進入教室。
3. 禁止課堂時間使用筆電及手機等用品。
