課程目標 Objectives |
|
In this course, the main objective is to provide and analyze the financial topics includes financial report analysis, present value and future value, CAPM, ESG, project management, financial derivatives, arbitrage of convertible bond and so on for the EMBA students. 本課程為EMBA財務相關課程的入門與基礎。除培養EMBA學員理解公司財務目標、財務報表並進行基本財務分析的基本能力外,亦希望學員了解公司理財中的專案評估、股票與債券的基本評估方法。此外,本課程亦將介紹公司理財中的一個重要課題:利率與外匯的避險方式,讓EMBA同學更加清楚了解正確的利率與外匯規避方法。最後,將介紹台灣上市櫃公司最常發行的可轉換公司債商品,讓學員更了解公司發行可轉換公司債的風險與利益所在之處。
