課程大綱 Course syllabus

本課程教學大綱已提供完整英文資訊(本選項僅供統計使用,未提供完整英文資訊者,得免勾記)【Provide information of course syllabus in English.(This is for statistical use only. For those who do not provide information of course syllabus in English, do not check this field.)】

Due to the previous experiences, students who are enrolled in this class through the class selection system do NOT necessarily be in the finalist of this class. All students who would like to be enrolled in this class have to fill out the questionnaire we provide in the first class. We will inform you whether you finally are selected into this seminar based on what you answer in the questionnaire before the start of the second week of the schedule.
Ideally we only admit 8 (or less) students who can show their capability of independence, responsibility for their own careers and the recognition of the value of this class through the answers in the questionnaire. The value of this class is to treat you like a young adult and can find your suitable career by your own learning. The role for us is to "guide" or "help" you, not to tell you what you should do.

課程目標 Objectives

This seminar is a year class. Students should participate with all the events held by Office of Career Development , College of Management.(國立中山大學管理學院職涯發展辦公室)Please bear in mind that because speakers or lecturers are working in the industry, it is difficult for them to be on time in Thursday afternoon. Thus, the events held by us sometime will be in the evening of the weekdays, or even in the weekends. We will talk about more details in the second week of the class.
Moreover, students should at least participate with internship or business competition found by YOURSELF. IF you like to start a business and be an entrepreneur, or you just want to apply the graduate school or exchange program, this seminar does not fit your demand. You should choose other seminar.
When choosing the internship program, the program itself needs to cover some factors: mentorship, teamwork, involvement of projects and at least 2 months of training. Those positions which do not include those factors would be deemed as "part-time job", not the internship program.
