本課程介紹都市發展過程中的空間議題,課程內容探討(1)都市基本概念介紹;(2)高雄地區的發展;(3)都市發展與公共利益;(4)都市觀察;(5)都市建構;(6)都市元素;(7)社區參與;(8)都市重生。探討課題涵蓋:都市意像、都市文化、都會危機、生態都市、都市交通、永續發展。授課方式強調理論與實務之結合,期能引導學生注意你我生活的都市現象與脈動。詳細課程內容、進度、評分方式,以上課時公告之課程大綱為準。 This is an urban issues discussion course, including principles of urban development, Kaohsiung regional development, urban development and public interests, urban observation, urban structure, urban elements, community participation, urban revitalization. Students are requested to read assigned materials before attending the class, and contribute during the class discussions.
課程目標 Objectives
1.強調理論與實務之結合,期能引導學生注意你我生活的都市現象與脈動。 2.探討有關都市發展各項課題,課題涵蓋:都市意像、都市文化、都會危機、生態都市、都市交通、永續發展。 There is a designated topic discussed each week, including urban image, urban culture, urban crisis, eco-city, urban transportation, and sustainable development. Students needs to apply all the knowledge and skills that they have learned in the college to provide a comprehensive analysis while attending the class discussions.

Internship: The required or elective courses should include credits and learning hours. Students should participate in the corporative company or institution to practice and learn the real skills. An internship certification must be handed in at the end of internship to get the credits or to fulfil the graduation requirements.
