課程大綱 Course syllabus

聚焦高雄，探討城市轉型中，產業發產如何全球化（以及疫情後的逆全球化）連結並行及帶動創新
1. 城巿是如何成形的？我們要如何看待「城巿」？富裕的城巿帶給人們希
望與夢想，但也製造了一些問題出現。本課程所欲探討的是以城市及其產業結
構的關係，將從轉型理論、城市發展理論、經濟發展理論、空間經濟學理論層
面，探討了城市轉型的影響因素和內在機制。
2. 將從《都巿的社會學》一書出發，我們可以發現都巿的出現是在 19 世
紀所形成的「現代社會」形式，都巿瞬間化身飽吸人類精氣的異形，匯集龐大
的生產與消費，擠爆半熟的生人與舊鄰，撞擊複雜的互動與情緒，也奉送無盡
的合作與鬥爭。而我們眼前熟悉的台灣都巿，文化上雖源自西方現代降臨，歷
史上卻始於日本統治時期，都巿計畫的推動完成就是證明之一。因此，取道日
本反思西方現代來思考台灣都巿，相信會有更多層次的理解。
3. 回到產業帶都巿（或地方）的影響，將從池上和麥寮兩處來探討，究竟
產業的轉型對地方是好還是壞呢？最後希望能透過這樣的探索，回來看高雄城
巿在面臨產業改變時所要進行的變化。

使學生能深入理解產業與城巿轉型的內容及培養省思與批判之能力。

本課程授課方式以「講授」與「討論」並行。

評分方式﹝評分標準及比例﹞Evaluation (Criteria and ratio)等第制單科成績對照表 letter grading reference
